Uchechukwu Onyekachi

Uche is a founding Partner at the firm and heads the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group. He obtained his LLB and BL with a Second Class (Upper Division) Honours from Enugu State University of Science and Technology and Nigerian Law School respectively. He also holds a Masters Degree in Electoral Law, from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka. Uche has rich experience advising clients on a wide range of law related matters. As a litigator with a knack for finding legal solution, he represents clients regularly before the Nigerian courts at all levels and have carved a niche in Election Petitions. He has authored several articles and worked on projects in election petition. Uche has represented a wide variety of clients in Alternative Dispute Resolution proceedings. With over 10 years practice experience, Uche is your go-to and result oriented attorney who understands the peculiar needs of his client and tailors his drive in that area.
