Uche is a founding Partner at the firm and heads the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group. He obtained his LLB and BL with a Second Class (Upper Division) Honours from Enugu State University of Science and Technology and Nigerian Law School respectively. He also holds a Masters Degree in Electoral Law, from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka. Uche has rich experience advising clients on a wide range of law related matters. As a litigator with a knack for finding legal solution, he represents clients regularly before the Nigerian courts at all levels and have carved a niche in Election Petitions. He has authored several articles and worked on projects in election petition. Uche has represented a wide variety of clients in Alternative Dispute Resolution proceedings. With over 10 years practice experience, Uche is your go-to and result oriented attorney who understands the peculiar needs of his client and tailors his drive in that area. David is a founding partner of the firm. He is the head of the Intellectual Property, Human Rights & Public Interest Litigation and Technology Law practice department of the Firm. David holds a Bsc (Hons) in Sociology. He obtained his LLB from Madonna University, Okija Anambra State and the qualifying certificate (BL) form the Nigerian Law School. David has wide experience in different areas in law and have adviced and repress a wide range of clients. David has an eye for details and excels in handling challenging legal matters. At the moment, he pioneers a human right group with a bias in promoting good governance. He is continually developing his horizon by acquiring knowledge in a diversity of fields of Law and other areas of learning. With a blend of expertise in Litigation and Passion for dispute resolution, David presents a holistic approach in handling legal issues. Groomed by a renowned Senior Advocate of Nigeria, David has handled several high profile cases in and outside the court and have shown a high level of excellence in doing so over the years. FREDRICK K. CHUKWUMA is a founding partner of the Firm. Fredrick is an astute Legal Practitioner with over a decade of experience in the Legal Profession.
